Last May, the purchase of Reby by the Canadian House of Lithium for 100 million dollars was announced.
House of Lithium promised to make several payments but, it seems, only made the first of them in May.
In the same month of May, the Canadian would have sent a letter stating that it would not make any more payments on the agreement. He hides behind the fact that Reby did not show all the information about his accounts at the time of the purchase, in addition to having coercively insisted on signing the purchase-sale documents.
It seems that the fund is trying to back out of the acquisition of the Catalan company.
Let's hope everything is resolved soon.
