Pep Gómez Sues House of Lithium

Last May, the purchase of Reby by the Canadian House of Lithium for 100 million dollars was announced. House of Lithium promised to make several payments, but apparently only made the first of them in May. In May, the Canadian company reportedly sent a letter stating that it would not make any further payments on the deal. It claims that Reby did not show all the information about its accounts at the time of the purchase, as well as having coercively insisted on signing the sale and purchase documents. It seems that the fund is trying to back out of the acquisition of the Catalan company. Hopefully everything will be resolved soon.

Pep Gómez sells Reby for 100 million dollars

As reported by europapress, Pep Gómez has sold Reby to the Canadian firm House of Lithium. This is an investor in electric micro-mobility that was already a majority shareholder in Reby. It will pay $100 million for the Catalan company. Despite the purchase, Reby announced on Wednesday that Pep Gómez and the rest of the management team will continue to lead the company, managing and expanding it. According to Reby's founder, House of Lithium's financial capacity and experience in capital markets will give continuity to Reby's growth. Congratulations Reby!
