La Sonrisa de Guille has the means to manufacture screens and other items for hospitals but, as a non-profit association, we do not have the necessary financial means. We are already in contact with several hospitals that have urgently asked us for protective screens and we are designing the consumables for the ventilators for which we expect to have a lack of stock in the near future. We will mainly use polyurethane resin casting on silicone moulds and 3D printing to provide the fastest possible response. As you know, the 80% of our team is made up of people with disabilities, a particularly vulnerable group that needs maximum protection.
